Adventure Sports Skiing
Does your life lack excitement? Are you looking for something to get your adrenaline going? Why not try adventure sports skiing. No matter where you go or what kind of sports skiing adventure you try, it's sure to relieve your boredom and give you a thrill. Of course, there's a certain amount of danger involved, but that's what makes it exciting, right?
Back Country, Off Piste Sports Skiing
This is completely illegal in some places because it's dangerous. Back country sports skiing takes place on unpredictable terrain. Snow covered landscapes are deceptive because you just don't know what's under the snow - or how far under the snow it is. And then there are avalanches. A lot of that snow is unstable, and you can easily trigger an avalanche that can bury you alive.
Heliskiing
They say you don't have to be an expert skier to try heliskiing. Maybe you don't have to be an expert skier, but it is truly adventure sports skiing. You jump out of a helicopter - wait, did you get that part? You jump out of a helicopter. The point of heliskiing is to reach unreachable snow so you can ski down fresh, unbroken snow - which means it's off piste skiing.
Mountaineering Sports Skiing
If you sign up for a mountaineering sports skiing adventure, you'll do a very difficult climb and a very difficult ski run back down. This is not sports skiing for weenies. Not everyone makes the climb, and not all of those who do can manage the run back down.
That's what happens in adventure sports skiing. You may try and fail. You could get hurt or die. But you will have tried something extraordinary. That in itself is a grand adventure.
